With more than 30 years of real estate operations management, financing and sales I am confident I can help make your vision come true! Beginning in the Midwest, I relocated to California in 1987 and began working in the real estate commercial and multi-family property management industry. I managed multi-family investment property for entertainers Andy Griffith, Jim Nabors and Danny Thomas for almost a decade in the earlier years, then became part of a hierarchy team for purchasing and selling real estate, as well as real estate financing. To date my portfolio oversight was close to 1 billion in real estate throughout the U.S.
My career experiences have led me to be the best at obtaining borrowers and homeowners the greatest rates, values and deals available in the market today and helping investors build and locate value. I am creative, strategic and have won many industry awards for my commitment, knowledge and professionalism to my craft. Simply, I enjoy helping others envision their dream and I love it.
